 Ryan Dierker and Rob Banzhaf of Newcor Commercial Real Estate, represented the tenant, EPIC, with lease negotiations for the 7,938 square foot space located at 20405 State Highway 249.

“We identified several options in the market for EPIC, but ultimately decided on the Chasewood building because of the proximity to area amenities and the below market rental rate we were able to achieve. The new location provides an upgraded image and the opportunity for EPIC to recruit new employees,” noted Dierker.
