Gator Fabrication Moves into Revamped Conroe Building

Gator Fabrication LogoGator Fabrication, a heavy steel fabrication company serving the oil and gas industry, has moved into the former JM Eagle Plant in Conroe after a major revamp to the property.

The property at 101 East Avenue M consists of two heavy manufacturing buildings totaling 80,878 square feet on 18 acres with an outside storage yard.

The buildings were upgraded with new electrical systems, a new exterior, and areas for multiple overhead cranes with capacity from 5 to 20 tons.

Rob Banzhaf and Krissie Vanyo with Newcor Commercial Real Estate represented Gator Fabrication. The landlord, David F. Bolger Revocable Trust, was represented by Jasper Tramonte of Tramonte Brokerage.
