One of Houston’s Fast Growth Top 100 Company, Liberty Pipeline Services, has expanded and relocated their offices from Spring to The Reserve at Sierra Pines in The Woodlands. Liberty nearly tripled the size of their space from 3,300 square feet to 9,313 square feet in the new Class A building, which is located at 1585 Sawdust Road in The Woodlands.
In a focus article on CEO Alan Weatherford and Liberty Pipeline, Weatherford stated, “Liberty Pipeline has grown to about 135 employees, not counting contractors, which is up from about 85 people a year ago. The company is on track to grow to 160 workers next summer. One of the big challenges for us is resources and keeping up with the demand, which is a good problem to have.”
Ryan Dierker and Rob Banzhaf with Newcor Commercial Real Estate represented Liberty Pipeline Services in locating and negotiating the office space lease.
“We were able to locate a below market sublease with newly built out and upgraded space which allowed a quick transition to accommodate Liberty Pipeline’s rapid growth and space needs,” said Dierker.
The Sublandlord was represented by Jarrod McQuain of Cushman and Wakefield.
