In commercial real estate, we’re paid for judgment: reading the room, spotting risk, keeping deals moving, and showing up for clients and communities—often across early mornings, late dinners, and packed travel days.

Today is World Sleep Day, and it is a good reminder that sleep is a health essential (right up there with nutrition and exercise), not the thing we “earn” after the deal closes.

When sleep gets squeezed, everything gets harder: focus, mood, communication, and even safety on the road between properties.

If your schedule is full and unpredictable, try a “minimum viable sleep plan” you can keep:
• Anchor your wake‑up time (pick a realistic time you can keep most days).
• Build a 30‑minute wind‑down buffer: lights down, devices away, tomorrow’s list on paper.
• Keep sleep-friendly inputs: skip late caffeine and make the room cool/quiet/dark.

Most adults need at least ~7 hours nightly to support health. If that feels out of reach, start with +15 minutes tonight—then keep stacking it.

Wishing you a well‑rested Friday and a healthier, more energized spring. 😴
