The Woodlands, Texas - April 25, 2025 - Newcor is pleased to announce that Ryan Dierker and Rob Banzhaf successfully represented Axiom Medical Consulting in securing a lease renewal at Town Center 2, located at 1330 Lake Robbins Drive in The Woodlands, Texas.

Axiom Medical Consulting will continue to occupy 5,380 square feet within the Class A office building. The landlord, Town Center 72, LLC, worked closely with the Newcor team to complete the renewal and ensure a smooth transition for Axiom’s ongoing operations.
