5 Acres in Tomball Sold in Growing Development Area

The sale of a 5 acre tract in Tomball, TX was handled by Newcor Commercial Real Estate.

David Alexander and Rob Banzhaf of Newcor Commercial Real Estate, represented the buyer, Big Tree Estates LLC, with the purchase negotiations of a land tract located in a prime growth area along Hufsmith Road adjacent to Bogs Road near FM 2978.

“It made sense for the buyer to purchase this tract in this growing area – Tomball and The Woodlands are gradually becoming more connected, especially with all the recent activity and development of the tracts along Hufsmith Road,” mentioned Alexander.

The seller, Prourban Properties LLC, was represented by Todd Edmonds and Michelle Soderberg of Colliers International.
