AEG Fuels Relocates & Grows Sales Office

Associated Energy Group (AEG Fuels) relocates office space in the Woodlands. Sublease negotiations were handled by Newcor Commercial Real Estate.

Ryan Dierker, Principal at Newcor Commercial Real Estate, represented the subtenant, AEG Fuels, with the 5,630 square foot office sublease located at 8686 New Trails Drive.

AEG Fuels was founded in 1988 and has established itself as worldwide into wing fuel supplier. AEG’s array of clientele include passenger and cargo airlines, the US and foreign militaries, heads of state, royal flight departments, corporate and charter operators, fixed base operators and fuel resellers.

“AEG Fuels new location provides room to grow their Houston sales office with corporate campus-like amenities for their diversified portfolio,” stated Dierker.

The sublessor, ETCL Woodland, LLC, was represented by Angela Barber & Tim Gregory of JLL.
