Alara Health intends to open an adolescent behavioral rehabilitation facility to help teens and young adults with behavioral & social complexities. “This group of physicians were looking for a property outside of the normal medical treatment facility concept, like a hospital, to fully execute their concept – they wanted this facility to feel like a home away from home, a safe haven, for the kids” stated Banzhaf, “the ranch estate offers multiple guest quarters, jogging trail, a quiet country feel and ample land area to be able grow to fit their future needs,” added Vadell.

The group of physicians originates from Texas Behavioral Health, currently one of Houston’s largest behavioral health groups. They intend for the proposed facilities mission to focus on providing high-quality, outcome-based counseling & rehabilitation services that empower individuals to attain a lifestyle characterized by independence, personal health, and citizenship.

The seller was represented by Mark Robertson of Bridgecrest Properties.
