Global Fulfilment Extends Distribution Warehouse Lease

Newcor Commercial Real Estate handled the lease renewal negotiations of rear-load distribution warehouse near the Airport in Houston, TX.

Rob Banzhaf and Mikale DeLoach with Newcor Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant, Global Fulfillment, in renewing their 24,171 square foot industrial space at Central Green Corporate Center Building 6, located at 16501 Central Green Boulevard, near Rankin Road and Hardy Toll Road.

Global Fulfillment is a third party warehousing & inventory management and fulfillment company, who specializes in business to business and business to consumer global fulfillment services of consumer goods, including fashion accessories, sports goods, nutritional supplements, patio furniture, and more. 

“Global Fulfillment ultimately decided to renew their current industrial space due to convenient location, given the market demand for such industrial product” stated DeLoach.

 The landlord, Verde Central Green 6 and 7 LP, was represented by Cape Bell and Jason Dillee of CBRE.
