Hometrust Mortgage Company Renews Galleria Headquarters Location and Secures Three Branch Offices in Houston

Hometrust Mortgage Company, one of the largest residential mortgage bankers in the South and Southwest has renewed its 11,072 square foot office headquarters lease at Yorktown Plaza in the Houston Galleria.

Rob Banzhaf with Newcor Commercial Real Estate represented Hometrust in the Lease negotiations.

“After an expansive search and evaluation of office lease space options in and around the Galleria, the Hometrust executive team concluded that staying at their current location and renewing the office lease would be the most economical and least disruptive to their employees and clients,” states Banzhaf. Hometrust has been in their current location for more than twenty five years.

In addition to renewing the headquarter lease, Banzhaf assisted in negotiating branch office renewals in Cypress and Stafford as well as relocating a branch office in The Woodlands.

These high-growth submarkets are important locations for Hometrust and it was critical to maintain their market position in these areas.
