Logistics Firm Renews & Expands Houston Regional Headquarters

Newcor Commercial Real Estate handled the lease negotiations for a logistics firm in Spring, TX

Ryan Dierker, Principal at Newcor Commercial Real Estate, represented the tenant, Conceptum Logistics, in expanding and renewing their U.S. office headquarters. Conceptum initially occupied 3,844 square feet and expanded into an additional 3,421 rentable square feet to make a total of 7,265 rentable square feet of office space at 25700 Interstate 45 North.

“Conceptum Logistics is looking to double their headcount in their Woodlands/US Regional Headquarters over the next 12 months,” noted Dierker.
