Midstream Energy Firm Renews Office Lease

Rob Banzhaf and Ryan Dierker with Newcor Commercial Real Estate, represented the tenant, Woodland Midstream, with lease renewal negotiations of their 4,105 square foot office headquarters located at 24 Waterway in The Woodlands.

“We were able to take advantage of the current market conditions all while achieving savings for Woodland Midstream. We were pleased to help them [Woodland Midstream] with their lease renewal and are delighted with the outcome,” noted Dierker.

Woodland Midstream is a growth oriented midstream company focused on acquiring, developing, operating and optimizing natural gas and natural gas liquids infrastructure throughout Texas and bordering states. Woodland Midstream is focused on four key areas: the Permian Basin, Western Gulf Coast, Arkoma Basin, and Ark-La-Tex.

The landlord, 24 Waterway, LLC, was represented by Sean Quinn with Black Forest Ventures.
