Newcor Commercial Real Estate handled the lease negotiations for a plumbing company in Spring, TX
Nick Childs, Associate at Newcor Commercial Real Estate, represented the tenant, Mr. Rooter, in leasing 3,277 rentable square feet of flex space at 22830 Fritz Lane.
