North Houston Building Signs First Lease to U.S. Navy

Newcor Commercial Real Estate handled the lease negotiations for a multi-tenant office building in Houston, TX near Vintage Park.

Ryan Dierker and David Alexander, Principals at Newcor Commercial Real Estate, represented the landlord, Wind Energy Land, LLC, in leasing 6,200 square feet of office space in the Pioneer Plaza building at 8917 Louetta Road.

“We are all excited to have a great group like the U.S. Navy as the first tenant occupying half a floor of this Class A office space,” noted Dierker.
