North West Houston Industrial Building Sold

Newcor Commercial Real Estate handled the sale of a single tenant industrial building in Houston, TX.

David Alexander, Principal at Newcor Commercial Real Estate, represented the seller, NSH Properties, with the contract negotiations of a 12,000 square foot freestanding building on 0.96 acres at 8715 Golden Spike Ln.

“The building offers great access to Beltway 8 & State Highway 249, and is ideal fit for the purchaser.” commented Alexander.

The purchaser, Hyvonen Properties, was represented by Kyle Prater with Newmark Knight Frank.

Hyvonen Properties intends to occupy the space with their cold food storage business.
