Urgent Care Clinic Expanding to First Katy Area Location

Newcor Commercial Real Estate represented an urgent care clinic in the leasing of retail space in Katy, TX

Ryan Dierker and Tuan Nguyen of Newcor Commercial Real Estate, represented the tenant, Next Level Urgent Care, in the lease of a 3,008 square foot space located at Y Shops Katy Fort Bend.

This is [their] 13th Houston location and are rapidly expanding to better serve patients as well as the growing market demand for affordable after-hour care.,” commented Dierker.

Next Level Urgent Care provides walk-in care for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries. With the first clinic having opened in July 2013, they are the first organization in Texas to achieve Urgent Care Center Accreditation through the American Academy of Urgent Care Medicine (AAUCM).

The physician-owned healthcare organization offers extended convenient hours seven days a week including holidays, faster services, on average is five to ten times less expensive than a visit to the emergency room, as well as highly skilled physicians and trained professional medical support teams.
