Woodlands Community Resale Shop Opening Doors to Expanded Location

Stonecreek PlazaA local Woodlands favorite, the Interfaith Hand Me Up Shop, is opening its doors up to a new location at 536 Sawdust Road.

Rob Banzhaf and Zack Wheeler of Newcor Commercial Real Estate, represented the Interfaith Hand Me Up Shop, with the lease negotiations of the 22,000 square foot retail space.

The Interfaith Hand Me Up Shop has been a Woodlands landmark since 1989, when the original location first opened its doors. The resale shop has been serving the greater Montgomery County community for more than 30 years, where all the proceeds have benefited the Interfaith of The Woodlands programs, such as the food pantry, crisis support, and care programs for senior citizens.

The new location is four times the size of their original location on Spring Ridge Drive. “This Interfaith program has been a staple to helping individuals of the community, and the new Hand Me Up Shop is only going to add an even greater impact to serving the community,” noted Banzhaf. “The new store location will provide additional space to sell large household goods, such as furniture, which will make an even bigger impact on supporting the community,” added Wheeler.

The landlord, EQYInvest Grogans Owner, Ltd., LLP, was represented by Adam Bluestein of Global Realty & Management TX, Inc.
