Woodlands Headquartered Construction Firm Renews Office Lease

Rob Banzhaf and Ryan Dierker with Newcor Commercial Real Estate, represented the tenant, Sterling Construction, Inc., with lease renewal negotiations of their 12,340 square foot office headquarters located at One Hughes Landing in The Woodlands.
