World Leader in High Pressure Compressor Fabrication Opts To Renew Lease

Newcor Commercial Real Estate handled the lease renewal negotiations for Compression Leasing Services (CLS), a leader in compression equipment needs.

Ryan Dierker, Principal at Newcor Commercial Real Estate, represented the tenant, Compression Leasing Services, with the 7,522 square foot industrial space located at 10601 Jefferson Chemical Road.

Compression Leasing Services is the world leader in high pressure compressor fabrication, sales, services and support. CLS manufactures equipment for applications both large and small, and offers a variety of plans for rental, leasing or sales.

“Compression Leasing Services weighed their options when considering to renew their lease or relocating their headquarters,” stated Dierker, “in the end CLS decided to renew their lease as their current location provides room for expansion and a laydown yard.”

The landlord, Tesi Group, was represented by Bryan Felt with Trish Baldwin & Associates.
