At Newcor, we believe one of the most rewarding parts of our work is investing in the next generation of commercial real estate professionals. This summer, we’re excited to welcome three outstanding interns to the team: Hank Hewgley, Brett Lattimer, and Eduardo Rodriguez.
Each of them brings a strong work ethic, curiosity, and a genuine interest in learning more about the commercial real estate industry. Over the coming months, they’ll gain hands-on exposure to the business while working alongside our team across a variety of projects and property types. We asked each of them what they’re hoping to gain from their internship experience this summer:
Brett Lattimer
“I want to expand my understanding of the capital side of commercial real estate while continuing to strengthen my brokerage skills, and apply what I learn in ways to contribute to the team throughout the summer.”
Eduardo Rodriguez
“One thing I hope to get out of the summer is practical experience and knowledge.”
Hank Hewgley
“I’m excited to learn the language of commercial real estate and gain exposure to retail, industrial, land, and office sectors to better understand how each creates value. I’m also interested in learning how AI can improve efficiency in commercial real estate and help people work more strategically.”
