Ryan Dierker Completes Full Lease-Up at 32914 Tamina Road

Magnolia, TX – January 20, 2026 — Newcor is proud to announce that the office/warehouse property located at 32914 Tamina Road, Magnolia, Texas is now fully leased following the successful lease of Suites A and B.

Ryan Dierker, principal at Newcor, represented the property in both transactions. Suite A, totaling approximately 2,400 square feet, was leased first, followed shortly thereafter by the lease of Suite B, comprising approximately 1,540 square feet. With the completion of these leases, and Suite C being leased earlier in 2025, the property has reached full occupancy.

The property features direct visibility along Tamina Road, convenient access to FM 1488, approximately 16-foot clear heights, and one grade-level loading door per suite, making it well-suited for a variety of office and warehouse users.
