The property, which was formerly an operating hotel on 3 acres, was sold by KB Houston Galleria, and acquired by KNA Partners. The irreplaceable site is located along the West Loop northbound feeder between Post Oak Blvd and San Felipe. The site is adjacent to Amegy Tower and directly across from the Post Oak Hotel. The property has access from the West Loop feeder as well as Post Oak Park. The strategic location of this property will provide the new owner with an excellent opportunity for redevelopment to take advantage of the access and visibility while serving the neighboring office and residential tenants.
