ET Environmental Expands Footprint with 2,848 SF Lease in The Woodlands

The Woodlands, Texas - April 27, 2026 - Newcor is pleased to announce the successful completion of a 2,848-square-foot lease at 200 Valleywood Road, Suite A500, in The Woodlands, Texas. The transaction was led by Newcor’s Ryan Dierker, who represented the landlord in securing a new tenant for the property.

The tenant, ET Environmental (also known as ET Design-Build), was represented by Joshua Marcell of Cresa.

ET Environmental is a nationally established construction and engineering firm with a strong presence across multiple industrial and infrastructure sectors. Originally rooted in environmental services—including solid waste, recycling, and remediation—the firm has expanded into a diverse range of markets such as renewable energy, infrastructure and transportation, oil and gas, manufacturing, food and beverage, and water and wastewater systems.
