The Woodlands, Texas - January 27, 2026 - Newcor is pleased to announce the successful lease of Suite B300 at 200 Valleywood Road in The Woodlands. The 1,616-square-foot retail space has been leased to Head to Toe Beauty.
The transaction was completed by Newcor Principal Ryan Dierker, who represented the landlord, DFT Properties. The lease further strengthens the tenant mix at the Valleywood property and supports continued growth in the surrounding retail corridor.
