Newcor facilitates 20.33-acre expansion to support continued growth

Webber, LLC Doubles Palmer Footprint with Land Acquisition
Palmer, TX – February, 2026 — Newcor Commercial Real Estate announces the successful acquisition of 20.33 acres of land in Palmer, Texas, purchased by Webber, LLC to support the continued growth of its construction operations. The transaction was represented by Josh Cheatham and David Alexander of Newcor, who acted on behalf of the buyer.
The acquisition is particularly strategic as the property is located adjacent to Webber’s existing stabilized yard. With this purchase, Webber effectively doubles its footprint in the area, expanding from approximately 20 acres to more than 40 acres. This increased capacity allows the company to better accommodate equipment, materials, and operational needs driven by its expanding construction business.
The seller, Parkline I-45, LLC, was represented by Sabyasachi Nayak of One Plus Realty Group.
“This acquisition was a key step in supporting Webber’s long-term growth plans,” said David Alexander of Newcor. “Securing land directly adjacent to their existing yard created a rare opportunity to scale operations efficiently without disruption, which was a major priority for the buyer.”
