Key Land Transaction to Enhance Chapel Lakes Development

Montgomery, Texas - July 25, 2024 - Newcor is pleased to announce that our land team, David Alexander and Josh Cheatham, successfully facilitated the sale of 14.39 acres of prime land between Rabon Chapel 14, LLC and DR Horton. DR Horton, America’s Builder, has strategically acquired this tract to augment the 138 acres they are currently developing next door into a thriving residential community, soon to be known as Chapel Lakes.
