Just over a month after acquiring 131 acres off Stockdick Road and Schlipf Road, the company has purchased an additional 20 acres.

This expansion will provide the development with direct access to Beckendorff Road, enhancing connectivity and bolstering the subdivision’s appeal. By increasing accessibility, History Maker Homes aims to establish a community that compliments the success of the adjacent Sunterra development, which has set a benchmark for growth and vibrancy in Katy.
