Newcor Facilitates Significant Purchase of 411 Acres Near Lake Conroe

Montgomery, Texas - July 17, 2024 - Newcor is pleased to announce that we have represented the buyer, J. Alan Kent Development, in the acquisition of 411 acres of prime land located on FM-1097 in Montgomery, Texas. The land is in close proximity to the scenic Lake Conroe and directly across from the prestigious master-planned community of Bentwater. The seller, Foster Timber, was represented by Charles Blaschke and Logan Havel of Edge Realty.
