Montgomery, TX, - March 12, 2025 – Newcor is pleased to announce the successful representation of Milstead PC Investments in acquiring a strategic 22-acre tract at the southwest corner of McCaleb Road and Chapel Road in Montgomery, Texas. The acquisition was negotiated by Newcor’s, David Alexander and Josh Cheatham, on behalf of Ken Milstead of Milstead PC Investments.

Milstead has no immediate plans to develop the property, making this acquisition a strategic move for Milstead PC Investments as part of their broader strategy to expand their land holdings in the rapidly growing McCaleb Corridor.
