Newcor announced the completion of a new lease at 1635 S Cherry Street in Tomball, securing 7,740 square feet of newly constructed space for a growing tenant.
Associate Axel Hevener and Principal Ryan Dierker represented the tenant in securing the final available building within the high-demand development.
A Larger Facility to Support Tenant Growth
