J. Alan Kent Development Plans New Residential Development
Waller, Texas - July 1, 2025 - Newcor is pleased to have represented J. Alan Kent Development in the acquisition of 227.91 acres at Hegar Springs Parkway and Kickapoo Road in Waller, Texas. The property will be developed into a new residential subdivision featuring 50’, 60’, 70’, and ½ acre lots.
Phase I of the project is planned to include approximately 255 lots. The development is specifically positioned to fill a projected gap in the market for mid- to high-end homes, offering an appealing option for homebuyers seeking both style and substance in a growing region.
