Holden Rook is an Associate Broker at Newcor Commercial Real Estate, where he represents industrial tenants along the North Houston corridor, helping companies find space that fits their operations through site selection and lease negotiation. He works exclusively on the tenant side.

 

Before commercial real estate, Holden played four years of Division I baseball at Abilene Christian University and UTA, an experience that shaped his work ethic and taught him how to perform under pressure. While balancing athletics and a full course load, he also founded and ran Abilene Hat Company for four years, learning firsthand how to market a product and pitch himself—skills that carry directly into his brokerage work today.

 

Holden holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and is currently completing a second bachelor's degree in Marketing back at Abilene Christian University, expected in July 2027. Outside the office, Holden is newly married and spends his free time boating and golfing with family and friends.
