With 15 years of experience in engineering, construction, and project management, Matt possesses a strong business acumen gained through the spectrum of roles and responsibilities he has held throughout his career. He is well-versed in project delivery at all stages and has a track record of assembling and managing high-functioning teams at the organizational level.

Throughout his career, Matt has overseen more than $1 billion dollars in assets and new infrastructure projects, in multiple countries, for some of the largest operators in the world. Matt also has experience in facility management and long-term maintenance of associated hardware. His operational background has given him the ability to communicate effectively with all parties involved in a project, from key stakeholders, to engineers, to the contractors in the field. He has a solid foundation to navigate the everyday challenges of new construction and development in a highly fluid market.

Matt holds multiple certifications and serves as a board member for several organizations that advocate for energy efficiency and best practices for the design and construction of our built environments, highlighting his passion for resilience and sustainability in construction.

Above all, Matt loves quality time with his wife, Chrissy, and their son, Max, who is already obsessed with all things construction. Whether it’s hanging out around the house or pretending the beach is a new construction site, their time together is Matt’s greatest motivation.
