Patrick started his career in the Real Estate Industry in 1990 with Fuller Commercial Realty managing and leasing shopping centers, industrial properties and office buildings for the RTC, Banks and individual investors. After leaving Fuller Commercial Realty, Patrick went on to work for Proman International, Interstate Realty, Equity Fund Advisors and Crown Castle.
Patrick’s career has consisted of managing and leasing commercial properties to the acquisition of office buildings, retail centers and communication towers for Crown Castle. Mr. Miller has performed due diligence assignments consisting of financial analysis, analyzing financials, financial modeling and analyzing lease documents etc.
Patrick’s tower acquisition assignments at Crown Castle consisted of tower portfolios of Nextel, Bell Atlantic, Bell South, Powertel and AT&T. In addition to the tower acquisitions, Patrick initiated land purchase efforts and acquired the ground leases eliminating long term ground lease cost.
Since Crown Castle, Mr. Miller founded Patrick Miller Properties and has sold $150,000,000 of land, apartments, industrial property, mixed use property and leases and for many private clients and the following:
