Newcor is pleased to announce another successful land acquisition involving 12.03 acres located at 1965 McCaleb Road in Montgomery, Texas.
Newcor broker David Alexander represented the buyer, Ken Milstead, in the purchase of the property. The seller, Joyce Cheshire Estate, was represented by Larry Jacobs of Jacobs Properties.
The acquisition provides the buyer with a well-located land holding in a highly accessible area. At this time, there are no immediate development plans for the property.
