Montgomery, Texas - May 13, 2026 - Newcor announced a successful land acquisition involving 12.2 acres located at 14840 FM 2854.

Newcor brokers David Alexander and Josh Cheatham represented the buyer, Ken Milstead, in the purchase of the property.

The acquisition of this 12.2-acre tract provides the buyer with a well-located land holding in a highly accessible area. The buyer currently has no immediate plans for development of the property.
